In 1974 she moved to the UK and worked for a Japanese bank in the City of London. In 1981, she joined JAC Group to set up a recruitment company as a start-up business of Tazaki Group, and she has been leading the company’s growth and expansion since then. After she had set the recruitment consultancy business on the right track in the UK she branched out to Singapore in 1987 then further expanding the business into Japan in 1988, Malaysia in 1994, followed by other Asian locations. In 2006, JAC Recruitment Japan was listed on the JASDAQ market, subsequently transferring to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2015 and transitioned to the Prime Market in 2022. She has been leading JAC Group over the years to become a strong and well-established brand. Currently she serves as Chairman and Managing Director of JAC Recruitment. In 2022 she established the JAC Environmental & Animal Protection Foundation.
